- Lead and manage audit and review engagements under U.S. GAAP, Austrian GAAP (UGB), and IFRS
- Serve as the primary client contact for international engagements
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise audit teams independently
- Ensure audit quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with tax and advisory teams on cross-border engagements
- Support growth of Austrian and German-speaking clients in the U.S.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and client presentations
- Build long-term relationships with Austrian/German companies
- Identify cross-border advisory and expansion opportunities
- Mentor and develop audit staff
- Collaborate closely with audit, tax, and consulting teams across offices
Mandatory Screening Criteria (Please Confirm Before Submission)
✔ Full professional fluency in German and English
✔ 5–10+ years of audit experience
✔ Strong expertise in Austrian GAAP (UGB), IFRS, and U.S. GAAP
✔ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
✔ Client-facing and leadership experience
