Job Description Summary

Senior leader accountable for the digital technology enterprise allocations strategy and execution for a $1B P&L, while modernizing FP&A process infrastructure and exploring AI-driven capabilities. Partners with Corporate FP&A Allocations Leader and Government Accounting to deliver compliant, controlled, and automated allocations; streamline information flows and analytics; and pilot AI solutions.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Digital Technology Corporate Allocations Leader
  • Lead the roadmap for the Digital Technology allocations process, and collaborating Corporate FP&A and Allocations Leader for a $1B P&L.
  • Own the transition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the allocations model and data structures; serve as SME for drivers, methodologies, and documentation.
  • Redesign current-state allocations to eliminate manual touchpoints, systematize inputs/outputs, and strengthen controls, governance, and audit trails.
  • Partner with Government Accounting and Controllership on indirect rates, pools, over/under analysis, and DCAA/DCMA inquiries; provide timely, well-documented cost explanations.
  • Prepare and distribute allocations estimates and true-ups to Division FP&A; provide clear variance narratives and driver-based insights to Corporate CFO and Group FP&A.
  • Centralize and standardize allocations activities where beneficial (e.g., Insurance, Facilities, HR/Comp liquidations) with clear operating mechanisms and standard work.
Ongoing Process FP&A Information Flow, Analytics, and Automation
  • Partner with DT Finance and Operations leaders to design an end-to-end FP&A information flow that reduces cycle time and error rates.
  • Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and self-service analytics for allocations, public/non-public cost forecasting, and YTD over/under tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement using FLIGHT DECK principles.
FP&A Support and AI
  • Support Digital Technology Financial planning, forecasting, and closing processes.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial modeling and FP&A support.
  • Partner with AI and data science teams to pilot AI use cases that enhance forecasting accuracy, explainability, and productivity across DT FP&A.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in financial/quantitative analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and development experience with data/analytics tools (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL, Alteryx, etc.) Able to design, build, test, and maintain solutions end-to-end.
  • Hands‑on experience across planning and reporting stack:
    Hyperion Planning, Smart View, Essbase (or equivalent), plus visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire.
  • Demonstrated success in process redesign, data governance, dashboarding/visualization, and change management.
  • Familiarity with government accounting concepts, indirect cost pools, and DCAA/DCMA interactions.

    Cincinnati, OH / Atlanta, GA / (remote considered for select candidates).

The base pay range for this position is $130,000-$180,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on January 9th.
