We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our senior living community in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a community residential care facility and a genuine passion for interacting with elderly residents.

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in resident apartments as well as community common areas to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all residents.

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure community common areas such as lounges, dining rooms, hallways, and restrooms are clean and orderly.
• Interact respectfully and kindly with elderly residents, providing assistance as needed while maintaining their privacy and dignity.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties to the appropriate staff.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines specific to senior living and community residential care facilities.
• Assist with setting up rooms for special events or activities as required.

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a senior living community or community residential care facility preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately and respectfully with elderly residents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
