Occupational Therapist role performs visits in homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. This is a full-time 8‑hour position (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Monday‑Friday.

Your Health is currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing urgent care family. The Occupational Therapist must obtain complete health and psychosocial history and record findings in a systematic format, perform a complete physical assessment, arrange referrals to other members of the health team and to community resources, provide health education and counseling, and market and provide community education.
The provider performs visits remotely via telehealth, often with the assistance of an aligned COTA in the field, and travels to homes when needed. Candidates must be compassionate, empathetic, and able to provide the highest standards of care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, motivating manner are also required.
- Successful completion of an occupational therapy training program and certification through the occupational therapy state board
- A current license to practice in the state of SC
- Current CPR Certificate
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places
- Ability to utilize electronic documentation required
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for
