Home Care Aide; non-medical

Job Description

We are seeking Home Care Aides to become a part of our team! You will provide routine, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own home.

** Simpsonville Assignments::
* Mon-Fri 11 a.m.

-2 p.m. & (light house keeping, grooming, errands)- client 1

* Every other Weekend
- Saturday 9 a.m.

- 1 p.m. and Sunday 9:30 a.m.

-1:30 p.m.

( bathing/grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, Companion Care) client 2

** Greenville Assignment: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.

-11:30 a.m. & some afternoons 3p-6p

(light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, transferring, accompany to doc appointments)

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized, in-home non-medical care to people in the care of their own homes
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Medication Reminders
• Provide Safety & Fall Prevention

Qualifications:

• Experience is preferred but not required
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients, staff, and families
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• 10
  - Year Driving Record
• SLED/ Criminal Background Check
• TB Skin Test
• Able to pass Drug screen
