Director of Locum Tenens Physician

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Locum Tenens Physician Recruitment to lead our locum tenens physician recruitment efforts at Intercare Recruitment. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in locum tenens recruitment
• Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and achieving recruitment goals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Experience working with staffing agencies, hospitals, and medical groups
• Familiarity with recruitment software and technology (e.g., CRM, ATS)
• Strong network of physician contacts and clients
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Certification in recruitment (e.g., CPRP, CRCM) or a related field
