Entry Level Sales​/Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring initiatives. • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media outreach, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
• Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry hiring trends
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Experience in sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus

• $40,000 - $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
