Application Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Applications Developer to lead the design, development, and management of our business applications and intranet solutions. This role is crucial in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency throughout the organization.

• Design, build, and maintain custom applications to address specific business needs.
• Integrate business applications with internal systems and third-party services using RESTful APIs, SOAP, EDI, etc.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, and Ops teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Develop and manage enterprise intranet sites and document repositories.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Ensure applications follow best practices and meet organizational compliance and security standards.

• 5+ years of experience in IT integration of enterprise collaboration tools, or related roles.
• Self‑starter with demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Proficiency in application development using visual design tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence dashboards.
• Knowledge of customer/vendor integration platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Hub Spot, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint development and customization, as well as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with scripting languages and RESTful API, etc.
• Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across technical and non‑technical teams.

• Certifications in relevant platforms or technologies are a plus.
