We're looking for a Technical Manager, Data Governance to lead our data governance initiatives and ensure data quality across our enterprise. • Lead with Purpose – Spearhead data governance strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company's strategic goals
• Build & Mentor – Manage a team of 6-8 data analysts and data management professionals, fostering growth and excellence
• Establish Standards – Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability frameworks that protect sensitive information and ensure compliance
• Drive Quality – Design and implement data quality management processes, data profiling, and cleansing strategies that improve accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business stakeholders to identify governance requirements and develop solutions
• Inspire Change – Communicate the value of data governance across the organization and build a data-driven culture

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data engineering
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Hands‑on expertise with SQL, Python, data modeling, and metadata management tools
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
