Guidewire Business Analyst

Salary: $90-100K

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for claims and billing initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements.
• Support Claim Center and Billing Center enhancements related to claims, billing, payments, collections, and reporting.
• Assist with integrations and data mapping between Guidewire and external platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing activities, and solution validation efforts.
• Help ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years working with Guidewire Claim Center and/or Billing Center
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Guidewire integrations, requirements gathering, testing, and business process analysis.
