Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Commercial Real Estate Associate to its corporate group in the Greenville office
. As an Am Law
100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing office.

Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.

From the Greenville office itself, visitors can view a bustling Upstate community and witness the city’s transition from textile hub to technology center. People and conversations on Greenville’s Main Street reflect multiple cultures and languages as international manufacturers now call Greenville home.

With at least two years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate field
, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are well-versed in matters involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate and you feel comfortable managing transactions as well
. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills as well as your first-rate analytical skills. You are either admitted to or you can waive-in to the South Carolina Bar.
