Carolina Legal Staffing is working with a local law firm and are seeking a litigation attorney with real trial experience who wants ownership, trust, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cases and clients.
You will manage personal injury cases from litigation through resolution, including trial when necessary. You will be supported by a dedicated litigation paralegal and case manager, allowing you to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, and trial execution—not administrative work.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of personal injury cases from filing through resolution or verdict
- Serve as lead or co-counsel in jury and bench trials
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and key witnesses
- Handle motions practice, discovery, and pretrial strategy
- Prepare for and argue hearings, mediations, and trials
- Active South Carolina law license
- Civil trial experience
- Personal injury experience preferred
