Director of Construction

We are hiring a Director of Construction & Facilities on behalf of a family‑owned real estate development firm based in Greenville, SC. The Director will manage construction of new developments and tenant upfits throughout the portfolio of commercial (office & retail) and mixed‑use properties.

• Oversee and manage capital improvement projects.
• Work closely with the Development team on all new construction projects.
• Manage and supervise the team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with general contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and other key partners on all development projects.
• Represent the landlord during all tenant upfit construction projects from plan review to final punch list.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing multiple commercial construction projects, capital projects, and building renovations.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
