We are seeking a motivated Product Marketing / Customer Intel Manager to help shape and drive product strategy by leveraging deep customer understanding, competitive insights, and market trends. This role blends analytical thinking with customer‑facing engagement — perfect for someone with an engineering mindset who thrives on identifying customer pain points and turning insights into strategic action.
You will spend time with customers, analyze external and competitive data, monitor KPI trends, and help define what’s next for our products.
Location: Must live in Greenville, SC (or willing to relocate).
Qualifications- 3+ years experience in a product-based, customer-facing role with measurable results
- Knowledge of product marketing concepts and strategies
- Must come from an industrial manufacturing background
- Experience in market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, or product marketing within industrial manufacturing (automated machinery preferred)
- Strong communicator with an ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable traveling (~25%) to visit customers and support sales
- Analytical thinker with an engineering mindset — able to connect data with real-world problems and solutions
