F-Completion Supervisor – Level 3

Description:
What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled employees to ensure efficient production and completion of the F-16V Block 70, focusing on quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Enforce strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production standards, while maintaining high levels of product quality and operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of completed aircraft.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and the System Program Office to ensure production milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring effective production flow and resolution of any logistical challenges.
• Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary, while recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.

• Experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
• Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
• Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience.
• A/C production experience.
• Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.
