The Community Lead at JETSET Pilates Downtown Greenville plays a key role in driving brand visibility, fostering authentic local connections, and generating buzz for the studio. This dynamic position is responsible for building strategic partnerships, identifying community touchpoints, and planning and executing local marketing initiatives that inspire engagement and convert interest into membership.

As the face of the brand at the community level, the Community Lead is passionate about fitness, thrives on relationship‑building, and brings energy, creativity, and hustle to every event and collaboration. This role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, cultivating a network of brand advocates, and producing “hand‑raisers” - individuals ready to try or join JETSET - to support strong membership pipelines from the ground up.

• Plan and manage local marketing campaigns and grassroots initiatives that align with brand goals
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, wellness influencers, and community organizations
• Consistently execute high‑impact events, pop‑ups, tabling, flyer distribution, and other activations to drive awareness and generate leads
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing JETSET Pilates in the community with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation efforts, community engagement, and partnership ROI
• Collaborate with studio leadership and the JETSET HQ marketing team to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and goals
• Supports social media initiatives to grow the JETSET Pilates community and generate qualified leads.

• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience in local marketing, community relations, or brand partnerships preferred
