Sr. Account Executive role at Your Creative People
. FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE | STRATEGY & MESSAGING TEAM. As a YCP Client Success Strategist, you will regularly interact with clients, form relationships, and co-create the strategies that help them achieve important results for their brands. You will become a trusted partner, delivering agency work that helps each client succeed while building relationships that may become long-term partnerships.

• In the Short Term
  :
  Get introduced to clients, understand what you do for them, and learn the process of delivering creative work in each team. Translate client needs into specific creative project briefs, including goals, budget, and timeline to hand off to the agency Project Manager. Pitch new ideas by asking key questions. Manage the big-picture execution of brand strategies and adjust as needed if the strategy is not meeting goals.
• In the Long Term
  :
  Support the strategic sales effort in onboarding new YCP clients, participate in initial discovery and strategy-writing. Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions with clients to develop creative solutions to business challenges. Grow specific client relationships by delivering agency work that drives client success while building long-term client-to-agency trust. Maintain proactive client communication and high retention and referral rates.

• 3-5 years of experience in a client service role (for Sr. Client Success Strategist, additional years of marketing agency experience across multiple clients is expected).
• People-oriented, enjoy helping and educating others; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask good questions to uncover what’s important.
• Effective communication of details and deliverables with care; strong writing ability.
