Marketing Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and industrial technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting regional and global initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range

$45-50HR

Shift

8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital and field channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Drive regional events including trade shows, customer days, and webinars to foster client relationships and showcase products.
  • Develop engaging digital content and storytelling aligned with business priorities to attract and retain target audiences.
  • Manage social media presence and activate employee advocacy to amplify campaign reach.
  • Build audience segments using tools like 6sense and Salesforce to support demand generation strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and field marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing marketing campaigns that generate pipeline impact.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as 6sense, Jasper, ChatGPT, and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
