The Development VISTA Member will build the capacity of Sustaining Way by helping the organization further develop its marketing and development efforts. Ultimately, the position is aimed at increasing organizational funding and progressing our stakeholder relationships. All efforts will be addressed to serve the historically low income neighborhoods of Nicholtown and New Washington Heights in Greenville, S.C. As a result of the VISTA Member’s service, we are expecting to increase organizational funding by at least 30%.

• Lead development of a fundraising strategy to increase organizational funding.
• Support the Marketing and Development VISTA to increase physical and online engagement.
