Join NHC Home Care Greenville as a Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing. You will manage all patient care services and personnel in our Home Care agency, ensuring high-quality, personalized care for our clients.

• Hire, train, and maintain a skilled clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians.
• Provide leadership and monitoring to ensure compliance with care standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or a compact state.
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Nurse with home care experience (six months or more is preferred).
• Minimum one year’s supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Current Driver’s License, good driving record, and car insurance.
• Able to meet Background Screening requirements.
