Registered Nurse; Institutional

Position: Registered Nurse (Institutional)
Saratoga Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an institutional inpatient setting in South Carolina. This role involves providing direct patient care, education, and care coordination for high-risk, high-acuity patients. The RN may also serve as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, or Case Manager to ensure the highest level of patient care and support. The compensation package includes a competitive pay rate of $26-$48, paid time off, medical benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Required Qualifications

* Education:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

* Licensure:
Active RN license issued by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a Compact License.

* Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) (required for some positions);
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for certain roles.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting, develop and evaluate patient care plans, and educate patients and their families. Responsibilities include coordinating healthcare services, collaborating with medical teams, and supervising paraprofessional staff as needed. The RN will ensure compliance with medical protocols and agency policies, respond effectively to emergencies, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
