• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days of residence
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna can assist after hire if required)
• Tuberculosis skin test within last 12 months
• Preferably six months hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation
