• Patient Ratios: ICU 1:2, Intermediate 1:4-5, General 1:5-8

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,780 - $1,910
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license;
Compact RN licenses accepted

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

• Ability to float between multiple inpatient units and hospitals

• Strong adaptability, clinical skills, and effective communication
ICU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit and other inpatient units as needed

• Float between designated hospitals within the Enterprise Central Region

• Respond to shift assignments via email notifications prior to each shift

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
