Lucideon is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC, overseeing a comprehensive QA program that spans three U.S. locations:
Greenville, SC;
Schenectady, NY; and Raleigh, NC.
This is a pivotal role for a seasoned QA professional who thrives on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with leadership to support a growing business in diverse sectors—from regulated testing to cutting-edge R&D.
Who You AreYou’re an experienced quality leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for precision. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on expertise to maintain and enhance quality systems in a dynamic environment. You have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (science or engineering).
- Strong background in quality assurance, preferably in a lab setting.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 or equivalent quality management systems (AS9100, ISO 9001, NQA‑1).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work with export‑controlled / ITAR materials and travel periodically.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Partner with business leaders to align QA processes with evolving client and regulatory needs. Manage and continually improve Lucideon’s U.S. QA program and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, Nadcap, and client‑specific requirements.
- Coordinate audits, oversee corrective actions, and maintain calibration and qualification records.
- Provide QA training and serve as a resource for employees across all U.S. sites.
