Quality Assurance Engineer

Pay Range: $29.85hr - $34.85hr Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer develops and implements quality assurance processes to ensure product and process reliability. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards. Conduct tests and inspections to identify quality issues. Collaborate with teams to resolve quality challenges. Document quality assurance activities and maintain records. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Instructional Design and Technology, or a related field with at least 2+ years of related experience, or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 5+ years of related experience. Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering roles. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies. Proficiency with 5S Methodology and Blueprint Reading.

Experience with manufacturing processes such as precision forging, investment casting, machining (milling, drilling, turning, EDM), coating, shot peening, inspection, and fixturing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a team under project deadline pressure. Nice To Have:

Experience with 3D Modeling. Knowledge of 8D Problem Solving methodologies.

Experience with Built in Quality principles. Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot.

Experience with Management of Change processes. NX experience. Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to lift heavy objects. Benefits:
