• Experience managing restaurants with sales volumes of $4M+
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat personality
• Willingness to consider relocation in the future is desirable

• Experience in a scratch kitchen within a systems-oriented or corporate upscale restaurant
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards for service and food quality
• Manage financial performance and proactively drive sales growth

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
