Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across all TPM business groups.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to connect with potential customers.
  • Guide prospects through the early stages of the sales process—initial contact, needs discovery, and nurturing—until they’re ready for handoff to sales.
  • Build rapport with prospects and customers, delivering a friendly, consultative experience that reflects TPM’s values.
  • Leverage social media platforms.
  • Document and manage all prospect activity in Salesforce CRM in Outreach.io, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and creative ideas for growth.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional development and cross‑training within TPM.
  • Bring a growth mindset, always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and contribute to our team’s success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you love connecting with people!
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outreach.io, Zoom Info and business development platforms.
  • Eager to learn and leverage new tools, including Salesforce CRM and social media.
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
