Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function.
  • Grow revenue by counseling clients on additional lines of insurance or limit increases based on each client's unique exposure to risk.
  • Deliver high-quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices.
  • Achieve operational productivity and performance metrics consistently.
  • Profitably manage an assigned group of client accounts.
  • Build relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care.
  • Solicit referrals from current client base to generate new business prospects.
  • Secure existing business and actively drive sales of additional services and coverage lines.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience—OR—High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold a current Property and Casualty License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and technology tools to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Prior experience managing client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Insurance knowledge.
  • Property and Casualty experience.
  • Solid financial acumen.
