** Job Description

* What You Will Do:
*** Secure large group business by prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning sales efforts with the hotel’s business plan.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and brand forums to grow visibility and strengthen key partnerships (travel required).
* Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that drive revenue, meet volume patterns, and support long-term success.
* Stay active in industry organizations like MPI, PCMA, or ASAE to expand your network and uncover new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with operations and revenue teams to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and flawlessly executed.
* Keep sales action plans and CRM systems up to date, using data and insights to stay one step ahead of market trends.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Proven Large Group Sales Success: 5+ years of experience selling large groups in full-service hotels shows you can handle the pressure and deliver results.
* Goal Crusher:
Prior sales responsibility of $2M+ demonstrates your ability to consistently hit targets.
* Market Knowledge:
Experience in the current market helps you hit the ground running.
* Tech Fluency:
Experience with Delphi.fdc or Marriott CI/TY ensures you can navigate our sales tools with ease.
* Road Warrior:
Willingness to travel ~25% of the time—because relationships are built face-to-face.
