Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
HVAC certified with the ability to troubleshoot and install A/C condensing units and electrical components.
Computer literate with managerial skills, including the ability to communicate with vendors, contractors, and team members, and understand the process of delegating.
CPO - Certified Pool Operator, with the knowledge and skills to maintain the pool daily.
A thorough understanding of Fair Housing.
This person would also need to be able to work on-call and on weekends.
Schedule/Shift- Monday - Friday 8-5, on-call and rotating weekends
