We are seeking a
** Full-Stack Developer
** with strong
** frontend expertise
** in
** React, Type Script, modern styling, and design systems
** to join our Creative Technology team. While this is a full-stack role, we are specifically looking for someone whose strengths lie in building beautiful, performant user interfaces, component architecture, and frontend-driven solutions. You should also be comfortable contributing to backend services built with C#/.NET, PostgreSQL and AWS.As a member of our development team, you will help design, build, and maintain modern digital solutions with an emphasis on
** React/Type Script development, component systems, user interface excellence, and accessible experiences**. You will collaborate across disciplines, particularly with designers, while contributing creatively to how experiences are conceived,designed, and built. This role reports to the
** Director of Development.**| Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with a focus on
** React/Type Script frontend architecture and user experience.**| Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using
** React, Type Script,modern CSS frameworks, and design system patterns.**| Collaborate with designers and
** Figma
* * to translate designs and interaction concepts intohigh fidelity, responsive digital experiences.| Develop
** component libraries and design systems
** that enable consistent,maintainable UI across projects.| Contribute to backend services using
** C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core), and REST APIs

SQL databases** (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) tosupport application development.| Support the deployment of web applications and frontend infrastructure using

** and deployment automation using
** Infrastructure asCode (Terraform),
** containerization, and cloud native tooling.| Collaborate with designers, digital producers, QA, and fellow developers to deliver polished, high-quality digital solutions.|
** 3+ years
** of professional full-stack or frontend development experience with modern technology stacks.| Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.| Strong experience with
** React, Type Script**, and modern
** JavaScript**, including component composition, hooks, state management, and modern application architecture.| Strong experience with semantic
** HTML**, modern
** CSS/Sass**, responsive design, and building reusable, accessible user interfaces.|
Experience with design systems and component architecture, with a strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility.| Experience collaborating with designers and translating design intent and interaction concepts into polished digital experiences.| Experience integrating frontend applications with
** REST APIs
** and handling asynchronous data and client side application state.| Working knowledge of
** C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core**, or similar backend technologies, withthe ability to contribute across the full stack when needed.| Experience deploying web applications to
** AWS
