• Consult with customers to find a vehicle that fits their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed‑upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
• Gain a working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by both manufacturers and the Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• Complete all sales‑related paperwork professionally.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow‑through skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
