As the VP of Strategic Brand Partnerships, Agency Lead at Beast Industries, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling our presence within the global advertising agency ecosystem. This leader will serve as the primary bridge between the MrBeast ecosystem and major agency holding companies, unlocking access to their highest-priority clients.
You will drive revenue by educating agencies on our full suite of products, with a specific focus on unlocking new business and landing new product opportunities, branded integrations, and media solutions. This role demands a highгуз-level "consultative seller" who can translate the power of the world’s largest creator into the language of media planners, buyers, and brand strategists.
What You'll Do:- Agency Ecosystem Leadership: Serve as the lead architect for our agency channel strategy, building deep, high-level relationships with agency investment leads, heads of video, and chief brand officers.
- Ad Sales & Media Launch: Drive the adoption of newly launched ad crec sales opportunities across our channels, ensuring our media inventory is integrated into major agency upfronts and scatter buys.

Lead the "evangelism" of our product suite; educate agency teams on how to leverage our IP, branded content, viral platform (Vyro), and production capabilities to meet their clients’ KPIs. - Direct-to-Client Access: Leverage agency relationships to secure "seat at the table" meetings with top-tier global brand CMOs and decision-makers.
- Integrated Deal Structuring: Collaborate with internal teams to package 360° campaigns that combine traditional ad placements with high-impact branded integrations and IP licensing.
- Revenue Accountability: Support the delivery of global revenue targets by building a robust pipeline of agency-led business and ensuring seamless execution of multi-million dollar commitments.
