Airrosti Providers (licensed Chiropractors and Physical Therapists) are full‑time, W‑2 employees who share one mission: to fix pain fast. As a provider you’ll focus on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries using our evidence‑based model. You’ll provide hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education while free from business‑running or staff management responsibilities.

• Licensed chiropractor (DC) with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, or in the process of obtaining it.
• Passionate about patient care and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand/grip strength.
• Affinity for soft‑tissue work and rehabilitation; experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques preferred.
• 2+ years of full‑time chiropractic experience preferred (but not required).

• $72,000‑$100,000+ (first year) for 0‑5 years of experience.
• $90,000‑$120,000+ (first year) for 5+ years of experience.
