* Summary:

* Under the minimal supervision of the Quality Manager, provides technical support for the development and implementation of ISO 9000 Quality Management systems in a Lean Continuous Process Improvement environment. Also, provides quality engineering support to all sales, engineering, procurement, and production operations.

* Job Duties:

*
* Include but are not limited to:

• Assist Quality Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System and perform duties in the manager's absence.
• Maintain ISO 9000 certification: auditing, reporting KPIs, documentation.
• Provide technical oversight of contract review, design review, vendor qualification, and production audits to ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in MRB, review defective materials, develop disposition methods, and update documentation.
• Apply quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D methodology.
• Sponsor and lead audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
• Develop and maintain quality standards, troubleshoot product issues, and work with engineering for resolution.
• Establish sampling procedures, evaluate equipment precision, and recommend improvements.
• Lead FMEA and PFMEA creation with cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership in supplier development and perform supplier evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement activities and new product introductions.
• Manage Measuring & Test Equipment programs.
• Develop and maintain internal quality procedures and standards.

* Minimum Experience:

*
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent, with at least 3 years in quality assurance.

*
* Preferred Experience:

*
* 5 years in quality engineering or a technical role in electronics manufacturing, strong statistical analysis skills, process audit methodology, ISO/TL 9000 support.

*
* Soft Skills:

*
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, time management, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
