Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret (U.S. Citizenship required).

Plan, organize and control engineering tasks associated with supporting airborne testing, including signal development, equipment design, integration and adaptation of test equipment.

• Support engineering development for assigned programs and equipment. Responsible for the technical performance of programs, airborne testing, and the interface with the Program Management Office for the MSTF.
• Maintain and operate COMINT and ELINT emitters, RF signal development and programming.
• Work other shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Travel as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a similar field with a minimum of 9 years of experience;
  Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience; or equivalent 13 years of experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience with testing of ELINT/COMINT systems.

• Proven mathematical problem solving.
• Expert in RF theory.
• Test system definition, development, integration and test activities.
• System interface definition and control.
• Hardware and software development, repair and maintenance.
• Customer and program management interface.
• Proven technical ability.
• Testing of ELINT/COMINT systems.
