Join a mission‑driven, independent hospital district in Northeast Texas as the CFO of Hunt Regional Healthcare, a 187‑bed modern medical center anchored in Greenville.

The CFO will serve as the lead financial strategist for the regional healthcare system, a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, and report directly to the CEO. The role demands strategic financial leadership to drive fiscal health, growth, and sustained success of the entire district.

• Financial Strategy: Direct financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation to align with strategic goals.
• Revenue Optimization: Lead negotiations with third‑party payors and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle.
• Treasury & Risk: Administer debt structure, investment portfolio, and internal control activities.
• Compliance: Oversee accounting, audit coordination, and regulatory filings.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;
  Master’s (MBA, MHA) or CPA required.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive financial leadership in a hospital or health system, with at least 5 years in a CFO or VP of Finance role.
• Expertise: Proven experience addressing financial challenges and opportunities in independent, regional, or community hospitals.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; expertise in revenue cycle, accounting, budgeting, and treasury functions.
