Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑oriented Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while performing a variety of banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.
• Promote bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including anti‑money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Assist in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential fraud.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service levels.
• Perform administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance or business preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements.
