Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Techno-functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Techno-functional Consultant with knowledge and experience in EBS supply chain applications. The selected candidate should be able to address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates, interact with customer process consultants and SMEs, perform root cause analysis when required, and improve processes.

• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education)
• Located within commuting distance of Greenville, TX, Melbourne, FL or Salt Lake City, UT, or willing to relocate to one of these areas and travel for major milestones to client locations
• U.S. persons only as defined by 22 C.F.R. (U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, certain refugees and asylees)
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules
• Experience in relevant technologies such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, APEX and workflows

• Experience in Oracle EBS application support and a good understanding of processes
• Understanding of various business processes in Manufacturing domain
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time, and should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
