This opening is for an Inventory Management Support position within the Logistics organization. The candidate will be responsible for the operations of multiple functions within a warehouse environment, specifically within Receiving. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating and interfacing with Procurement, Quality, Material Program Managers, Customers, and bargaining unit employees. Candidates will be responsible for completing tasks related to the performance of daily activities within Logistics and Quality.

Candidates must possess an attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is for an individual contributor; however, candidates will support personnel across multiple shift assignments, as well as multi-level management. Candidates will work independently and as a group/team.

• Experience with in Logistics, including Warehousing, Receiving & Shipping
• Experience with in a production environment, including material handling
• Understanding of inventory management practices

• Proficient in SAP software
• Proficient in MRP/ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft software
• Master’s degree and less than a year of experience

• Strong communication skills
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Ability to navigate purchase orders and work with suppliers
• Ability to resolve quality discrepancies through system research
• Time management skills
• Critical thinking skills
