We’re looking for a hands‑on Mechanical Technician to join our production team in Greenville. This role focuses on machine maintenance, supporting 6S initiatives, and driving small‑scale process improvements. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be confident working directly on and around production equipment.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on production equipment
• Maintain and calibrate soldering stations as needed
• Support 6S initiatives and keep the floor organized and audit‑ready
• Assist with production improvements, documentation, and feedback to engineering
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance and service activities
• Follow all safety and ESD protocols
• Gain proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and integrate them into daily practices
• Capable of working independently or in a team setting
• Willing to work occasional off‑hours or weekends as needed

Education: High school Diploma

• Prior mechanical or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands‑on mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with 6S or continuous improvement practices
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or schematics
• Comfortable using hand tools and working around production machinery
• Comfortable troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining equipment
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑concious
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Technical schooling or formal mechanical training
• If not already certified, able to complete 6S certification
