Job Details- Position Title: Soldering Operator
- Salary Classification: Non-Exempt
- Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-12am
- Employment Type: Full-time

Our priority is pedestrian safety through high-quality products. The Soldering Operator is a vital team member responsible for assembling components, soldering parts, and preparing products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous manufacturing or soldering experience preferred.
- J-STD-001 certification preferred.
- Focus on quality control and safety management.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small parts.
