Surface Mount Technology Equipment Specialist
Location: Greenville, TX
Department: Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Pay Range$18.00/hr - $31.00/hr
Responsibilities- Utilizing SMT software to operate and manage production processes.
- Conducting checks on PCB identification and ensuring accuracy with program names, conveyor settings, and solder paste application.
- Diagnosing and addressing technical issues with equipment.
- Executing setups, product transitions, and essential equipment maintenance.
- Repairing and installing essential electronic components like resistors and capacitors.
- Maintaining detailed records of work performed and product quality assessments.
- Engaging in 6S and continual process improvement practices.
- A keen eye for quality and safety in electronic manufacturing.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small components.
- Solid knowledge of electronic components, including polarities and locational markers.
- Capability to interpret Bills of Materials and technical drawings.
- 1 to 10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with automated assembly machinery is desirable.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
