Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:- Operating and monitoring production equipment for quality, defects, jams, and stalls, ensuring smooth operations.
- Starting, stopping, and adjusting production runs as needed to meet production goals.
- Following run instructions provided by the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Engineer to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Have a High School Diploma (Trade School certification preferred) and can train on the first shift.
- Bring 1–3 years of production or machine operation experience to the table.
- Possess basic math and computer skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
