Salary Range: $33 - $40/ Hour

As a home care RN, you will ensure patient comfort and build compassionate, meaningful connections. You will guide patients and families through the hospice journey, make autonomous care decisions, and educate about palliative care benefits.

You will primarily care for patients in their homes, with most nurses making 4-6 visits daily. Weekly, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team at the local office.

• RN license
• At least two years of nursing experience
