Shipping Associate

In this role, you will support daily shipping and receiving operations by moving product, preparing outbound shipments, checking incoming materials, and keeping inventory areas organized. You will operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. The work environment is active, team-focused, and built around accuracy, safety, and meeting shipping deadlines. Strong candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable following warehouse procedures, and experienced with shipping paperwork or order documentation.

Sit-down forklift experience

Shipping experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Ability to read and follow shipping documents, labels, and work instructions

Ability to verify product counts, part numbers, and order details accurately

Commitment to safe forklift operation and general warehouse safety practices

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

At least 2 years of previous shipping experience

Experience using scanners, shipping systems, or inventory tracking tools

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with warehouse team members
