Location: Woolwich

Job Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the multi‑disciplinary team, including the team manager and clinicians at Oaktree Lodge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate message delivery.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes and communicate professionally with a wide range of service users and professionals.
  • Distribute and disseminate post, and manage the Hybrid Mail system to send correspondence to GPs and service users in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies, book interpreter services, and assist clinicians with troubleshooting computer issues.
  • Respond to incoming calls and process enquiries according to management procedures, recording all messages accurately.
  • Welcome visitors to the base professionally, providing appropriate direction to personnel.
  • Support the smooth running of the service, undertaking any other duties required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience using the Rio system is an advantage; full training will be provided.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage client enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Proficiency with IT packages including Word, Excel, Internet, Email and internal databases.
