Role Overview

eco Sense Cleaning provides Market‑Leading Cleaning Services across the UK (Maternity Cover) View to contract extension after completion

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, professional, outgoing individual to join our expanding site coordinating team and work alongside our existing team. Full support and training will be provided to the right applicant. However previous office experience, recruitment, and or HR experience is essential, prior roles of a similar nature will also be given perusal.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Coordinator to join our expanding team, managing a growing portfolio of sites.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of multiple locations.

You will need exceptional communication skills, strong organisational ability, and confidence managing a busy and varied workload.

This role requires someone who can communicate professionally and effectively via email and phone with both clients and our cleaning teams. The ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems quickly, and maintain high service standards across all sites is essential.

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Office Based in Eltham SE9 - must live within 45 minutes away
