Specsavers Eltham is seeking a Call Centre and Admin Assistant Supervisor to lead a busy administrative function in-store. The role covers optical admin, NHS forms, triaging, handling calls and queries, updating records and appointment management, to provide top-notch service in a busy retail environment.
