kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a well-established automotive bodyshop based in Woolwich. this is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced paint sprayer working in a busy bodyshop environment. the position offers steady work, good earning potential and long-term stability.
key responsibilities
* prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding and priming
* carry out paint spraying using modern water-based paint systems
* ensure high-quality finishes in line with bodyshop standards
* maintain a clean, safe and organised working area
* requirements
* previous experience as a paint sprayer in an automotive bodyshop
* confident with prep, basecoat and clearcoat application
* strong attention to detail and quality control
* ability to work independently and as part of a team
